Run Your Own Race my reason behind running the @OMTOM2019 raising funds for disabled under @RachelSwartFund#OMTOM2019 via @GivenGain

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight and the sin that clings so closely, and let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith Hebrews 12:1-2
When I was a little boy would just wake up and run in the forest of wintervield close to Mabopane in the North West my place of birth ,I moved to Kgabalatsane and continued with road running. I had my whole life planned out. I wanted to be a professional athlete. In year 2000 I had an accident and I almost got crazy I stayed in Brits Hospital for a long time but I got discharged and cont with my studies my family had to go to Northern Cape, a township called Pampierstad, my dad was to head a church there and all my family moved with him excluding me as I had chiropractor sessions to attend at the then Garankuwa hospital and school wise was not good for me to change environment, I look at my life now, and some things are like I planned and others are not. When things don’t go as we expect in life, it can be devastating. But it can also be an opportunity. We each have our own path in life we are to go down. You’ve heard the expression, “it takes all kinds to make the world go round.” We all have different strengths and weaknesses. When God created you, He had a special purpose in mind for you. Some of us are preachers, others are nurturers, encouragers, or even good listeners. If you are willing to cooperate the Lord can use you. He doesn’t ask you to be perfect; He only asks you to try to make progress. Work hard, as if it depends on your effort, but trust in the Lord like it depends on Him because in the end it really does. Always remember the Lord is the author and perfecter of our faith. We are simply his hands and feet. I don’t know what path you are on in your life’s journey but run toward it and remember the Lord is waiting for you at the finish line.

Now I am back I’m registered professional athlete.
