Keep Up The Fight

You let people ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water; yet you have brought us out to a spacious place. – Psalm 66:12

Life is not easy. When I was a child I thought the world was a beautiful place and all the people were good. I was raised to believe that if you do good, good will be done to you. When I grew up, I faced the cruelty of this world and the fact that doing good doesn’t mean you would be spared from the attacks of the evil one. I realized that no matter how hard I tried to avoid any wrongdoing, problems and troubles would find me. Jesus was perfect and yet He was crucified. That was a hard truth to swallow. I always imagined having a peaceful life and I never thought I would have any enemies. I now know that life is a battlefield, and that we must go through fire and water in order to become what God wants us to be. We must not get weary or lose hope, and always remember God’s plans are far better than ours. He will deliver us, so keep up the fight and have faith

The end
