Life’s Trials

My brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of any kind, consider it nothing but joy, because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance; and let endurance have its full effect, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking in nothing. James 1:2-4

Trials are part of our Christian lives, but they were never meant to break us. God’s purpose for allowing these difficulties to come into our lives is to build us up, help us mature, and make us strong. James the Apostle said that we should be joyful when trials come because the testing of our faith produces endurance. First, we need to have the right understanding of trails so that we can find joy in them. James added that you must face your trial, don’t give up or run away. And only once you’ve completed your trial will you find the joy of success and growth. Lastly, only when you have completed your trials can you help others with theirs. So don’t run away from life’s difficult situations, embrace and conquer them. God will not allow trials that you cannot bear. Remember, He is strengthening and helping you through it all
