His Benefits

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and do not forget all his benefits. – Psalm 103:2

This verse tells us that we should bless our Lord, and the benefits spoken about from verses 3 to 5 are forgiveness, redemption, and satisfaction. There are also many others mentioned in the succeeding verses. These benefits are difficult to forget because they remind us of all the great things God has done for us. Forgetting these benefits would mean taking for granted God’s love, kindness, generosity, and mercy. The fact that God is the one providing these benefits means a lot more than anything else in this world because they are the greatest benefits people can ever have. It reminds us that we should be grateful. We should share with others what God has done for us so that they too will experience the goodness of God and will glorify Him
