Death has strike again in the entertainment industry as we have lost an actor who was young and had an aspiring career. For years he has been on our screens in different shows. He started when he was young as he started to act on Soul City back in the years. He died when he was acting on The State. In the past few years he acted on Isithembiso. 

The way celebrities are passing away this year, it is very scary as it seems like every week, a certain celebrity passes on. Every weekend now, there’s a celebrity death.

Siyanda won the hearts of many people when he played the character of Mandla on the critically acclaimed, award-winning edutainment drama Soul City.
He joined the show during it’s eleventh season and became a household name with a legion of fans.  Each episode of the edutainment drama series became a hot topic in the country as it addressed a lot of health issues including HIV and AIDS and manhood.

Siyanda’s future looked bright in the industry as he was also on The Estate and Isithembiso recently.
The actor’s passing comes shortly after the passing of celebrated Hip Hop DJ and music producer DJ Dimplez. The award-winning DJ died on Sunday, March 6, after suffering a sudden brain hemorrhage. Confirming the news of his devastating passing, his family issued out a statement and confirmed the cause of death as well.
“It is with deep sadness that the Mooi family announces the untimely passing of Boitumelo Athiel Mooi, popularly known as DJ Dimplez. He passed away on 6 March 2022, from a sudden brain haemorrhage,” the statement read. “We ask for your space and respect as we process Tumi’s tragic passing. Thank you for your understanding,” they concluded.

Another star whose passing recently sent shockwaves across Mzansi is award-winning rapper and entrepreneur Riky Rick. The rapper reportedly died on his way to the hospital, after hanging himself with a rope at his home in Johannesburg.
Speaking at his funeral Bianca Naidoo thanked him for being an amazing husband and for loving him unconditionally.

“His love for me was honest, authentic and transcended as mine for him. He often said I was saving his life without realizing that he too was saving mine. My king, my heart, my forever love thank you for giving us all you had. Thank you for choosing me, teaching me and for believing in us. I will forever be grateful for the gift of you. I promise to give our children all your life and mine. To keep your memory and your light shining bright. I promise to continue fulfilling your purpose, honoring your memory and I will make sure that your legacy lives on,” she said
