- Discover simple and practical ways to optimise your body for running performance with Professor Ben Coetzee of North-West University.

Make The Most Of Your RoadshowPlease dress comfortably – both for the adidas shoe test and for the body optimisation and performance session.
The body optimisation and performance session will be interactive and practical.
