Let us not grow tired of doing good, for in due time we shall reap our harvest, if we do not give up.- Galatians 6:9

Every good work we do is an investment in our eternal future. In this excerpt, Paul wants us to have a futuristic perspective. He encourages us not to give up even though we are not seeing the results of our obedience to God’s Word; for there will be a time of reaping what has been sown. God knows every good work you do. We are supposed to do good work. Aside from the job you are working at, you are also supposed to be working for God’s heavenly kingdom here on earth. Always look for opportunities to do good to your neighbors, do that little extra kind thing, especially to the poor. Because in time we will receive our just reward.
