Have you ever asked a friend or spouse to tell you about any wicked ways they see in you? Talk about scary! Maybe, this prayer in the Psalms seems less scary to you. But, if you think about God, who He is, and how well He knows you, does it seem scarier to ask God? God knows you better than anyone, even better than you know yourself. He knows your past, present, future, thoughts, actions, choices, the good and the bad. You bet that if you pray this prayer to Him, He’ll tell you the whole truth. This is an extremely bold prayer that holds a lot of power for growth and strengthening your relationship with God. Before you pray this prayer, pray that your heart would be open and prepared to receive the answer. Your brothers and sisters walking alongside you can also help direct you with the answer you receive.
