Pray in the Spirit at all times in every prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert and always persevere in supplication for all the saints. – Ephesians 6:18
The final weapon mentioned in Apostle Paul’s discussion regarding the armor of God is Prayer. Prayer is the best weapon we can use to battle against sin and the temptations of Satan. The question is simple; can you sin while you sincerely pray to God? The answer is, of course not. That is why Jesus Christ teaches us to pray in private (Matthew 6:6). Paul says we are to pray at all times; these are not public prayers, these prayers are personal and unknown to others. We can pray while we are walking, cooking, working, waiting for the bus, or driving. We can incorporate prayer into everything that we do every day without necessarily kneeling and closing our eyes. So let us constantly incorporate prayer into our days, follow Paul’s teaching, and pray unceasingly
